By booking a course with Donnas Face Painting, you agree to the following terms:

Behaviour & Responsibility

We aim to provide a safe, positive and professional learning environment. Respectful behaviour is expected at all times. Abuse, harassment, discrimination or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the course without refund.

All attendees must treat equipment, materials and venue property with care. Any theft, loss or damage may be charged to the individual responsible (or the accompanying adult in the case of under 18s).

Students must be 18+ to attend. Under 18s may attend only when booked with a paying adult (two seats required). The accompanying adult is fully responsible for their supervision. Under 18s arriving alone will be refused entry without refund.

Only booked students may attend. No additional visitors are permitted.

Accessibility

If you have any additional support needs (including physical, learning or language requirements), you must contact us before booking to confirm the venue is suitable.

Some venues may have limited accessibility. If we are not informed in advance, we cannot guarantee that specific requirements can be accommodated on the day.

Bookings & Payments

Bookings are made via our website and are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Where a deposit is paid, the remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 14 days before the course date. Failure to pay by this deadline may result in your place being released and the deposit being retained.

Transfers to another date may be offered at our discretion, subject to availability.

Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations must be made in writing via email.

A 7-day cooling-off period applies from the date of booking. Deposits are refundable within this period only. After 7 days, deposits are non-refundable.

If you cancel more than 14 days before the course date, any balance paid (excluding the deposit) may be refunded. Cancellations within 14 days of the course date are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to change the venue within the same town/city and to make minor time adjustments (for example, up to 30 minutes). These changes do not constitute grounds for refund.

If we cancel a course and cannot offer an alternative date, a full refund will be issued. We are not responsible for travel, accommodation or other related costs.

Intellectual Property & Liability

All course materials and content remain the intellectual property of Donnas Face Painting and must not be copied or reproduced.

Students attend at their own risk. We accept no liability for personal injury (unless caused by proven negligence), loss of personal belongings or business loss following completion of the course.

Privacy

Personal data will be handled securely in accordance with UK data protection law. We do not sell or share your information. You may opt out of marketing at any time.
